Professional , excellent hygentis, Dr. Mathesen is gentle, does great work. Receptionist are sweet and friendly. Always call the day before so you don't forget the appointment.

I called to make an appointment because Im an existing patient. A rude receptionist named Vanessa said that because I hadnt had an appointment in five years they now consider me a NEW patientand the doctor isnt taking any NEW patients. Apparently, as a human being, you need dental care every single year ten times a year. To say I was stunned is an absolute understatement. I have literally never been treated like that in any medical professionals office, so something very odd is going on there. I have zero problem taking my money and business elsewhere cannot in good conscience recommend this practice to anyone.

Never seem to take new patients. Person picking up phone cant ever tell you when they might take new patients
