Last year was my first time using Christopher and Co. they gave me a rate but upon completion said it would be higher ($375) due to rental property I was selling. I thought that was fair and had no complaints. This year my tax return was quite simple (social security and investment profits). Upon leaving I mentioned to the receptionist that it was higher than I thought but paid. I called and spoke with Nicole, who upon questioning my bill said I was welcome to taking my business elsewhere. I was pleasant saying I thought it was a mistake. She told me she was done with the converesation and hung up.. I was shocked at her rudeness and will definitely go elsewhere next year

Unprofessional experience with this firm. Charged for services not rendered, and when I requested clarification, I faced threats of collections. Particularly distressing was the interaction with Jennifer DeBeck, who responded to my inquiries with belittling comments, saying, Its a shame you are too ignorant to understand what a tax projection and bookkeeping is, although Im not surprised since explaining anything to you was excruciatingly painful. Such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable in a client-service relationship.
