The front desk lady Nealie referred to my as dumb. Not sure thats real life coach material nor good for my mental health. Avoid at all costs.

The people are nasty both me and other friends of mine have been mis treated by the people there. I dont recommend!

After months of effort, the issue has finally been resolved. However, the resolution required significant time and resources to rectify a multitude of errors, which ultimately were attributable to the individual at the front desk, perhaps Nellie or another employee. While I recognize that mistakes can happen, I cannot condone the unprofessional and unacceptable conduct displayed by this individual during every interaction. Her demeanor was consistently snarky and defensive, and on one occasion she even hung up the phone without the courtesy of saying goodbye. As a customer, I believe that representatives of a business should demonstrate respect towards all customers and colleagues. Unfortunately, due to the behavior of this employee, I regret that I cannot return to this establishment as long as she remains employed there.
