Pizza Hut

They hung up on us mid conversation. We called back & they wouldnt take our order because they were closed but it was before 9pm.

Placed an online order that was suppose to take 30 minutes. Waited the full time and never received my pizza. Called the business after about an hour passed and the driver answered. He proceeded to tell me that he tried to deliver the pizza and that he knocked and my dogs never once barked. Then he tells me he called my phone multiple times and I never once got a call. The funny thing is I put the order under contactless and yet he didnt just leave the pizza? I had already paid for it and gave him a tip through the app. I spoke to the manager and she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation and to make matters worse, I live less than 5 minutes down the road and yet didnt offer to bring me my order not even sure if they refunded it. She called me a liar and said that her driver is trustworthy and would never lie about trying to deliver. Do better!

Not making my pizza so skimpy and dry, meaning not enough cheese or toppings. I see on the commercials this stretchy, cheesy, meaty pizza, but the one you get in real life looks nothing like it.

The pizza crust needs to have a little more crunch. Pizza Hut is a classic and always tastes great, but being 100% honest the crust on a hand tossed, has the texture of a sponge. Turn up the heat on the bottom! Thanks for reading, reader.
