Certainly the nicest appartments in Berrien. They offer many 2-bedroom apartments, though there are some 1-bedroom apartments as as well. Each unit has a dishwasher and good kitchen space. The living room, dining room and kitchen has an open floorplan and the bedrooms are spacious for apartments. If you have a two bedroom unit, the master bedroom has a bathroom in the bedroom as well as a walk in closet. There is coin-operated laundry facilities available for each building, and they are good about responding to maintenance requests. They are good about plowing snow in the winter and keep a shovel and bucket of salt available at the front door for tenants to use. During the remainder of the year, the grounds are well-kept, the lawn is regularly mowed and decorative plants are well-maintained. Note that they have a strict no animal policy.

I've lived here for two years. Definitely the best apartments in Berrien Springs. They are maintained very well, and the management is very responsible with any requests.
