Working with Home and door was a very good experience. We came to showroom and was guided within our budget and needs by Savannah. She then followed up and sent her worker to our home to measure door and make sure we were utilizing the space properly. She then wrote up a contract within our budget and the door was ordered. As soon as it was custom made and arrived back at home and door they called and scheduled an install which was only 10 day wait. The installer was super nice and I just love my new front door. It was made wheelchair accessible as per our goal. And I couldnt be happier.

Went to pick up a part here, took all of 10 minutes and they showed me how to install it properly on a demo model. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Tried to use home and door to have an interior French door installed for my office in Feb of 22. Todd no called no showed the first appointment then rescheduled to the following week when I called their office about it. When Todd came out he seemed like a nice enough guy. Took measurements and said what I was looking for was custom but would not be a problem. After waiting nearly a month for a quote, the darn thing was wrong. I called the office (savannah) to have them fix it and they told me they would have to go back to the manufacturer for a quote. I periodically called over the next month for an update and they would just say "maybe next week". They never reached back out with a corrected quote. My guess is that it was just work they didn't want to do and they didn't want to say so.

We recently had a glass panel installed in our French doors by Jed and his assistant. They were on time and professional. Would definitely use them again.
