Quick prompt service. Came in for a bullseye stone chip. Was fill and taken care of right away. Repair was great virtually noticable to most people.

I had a terrible experience. Initial appt was a scheduled. The came to my house to fix windshield and client fix it. They scheduled me for an appt two weeks out. Then when I arrived they called me back saying they didnt have the part which is why I scheduled it in the first place. Then once the part arrived they didnt call me. They proceed to say they sent it back when I told them the day the part comes in I will not be in town but I will be back 3 days after the part arrives. Nope, they proceed to send it back anyway without even calling me once! Then they order the part again and order a cheap aftermarket part without asking me. Then of course they couldnt calibrate it with my car and were forced to tell me they ordered an aftermarket part. Of course its another 3 week delay to order the original windshield made for the vehicle. And now finally I noticed they removed my nice windshield wipes original to the car which worked fine with these cheap wipers not standard for the car which broke and thats how I noticed it was not the original part or at least a new part fit for the car.
