1 star because no star was not an option. My mother asked if he had a mask and offered him one if he did not because my 97 year old grandmother is in the home. He said,"you want me to wear a mask, then find another plumber!" Turned and walked away. Everyone is entitled run their business however they like but rudeness is never a good business practice.

He came right out, upfront pricing, extremely reasonable price, very knowledgeable. The company that out before him tried to charge me 7times over his price. Truly a man of integrity in dealing with his community. He waited to ensure the repair was working perfectly . He even offered to talk me thru other project that he couldve made money on. We have used tri county water and sewer a few times in our previous residence and had to call today with our new residence for a leak. Jerry was able to come out within an hour notice to diagnose and fix our problem. We appreciate his honesty, knowledge and quick work! Would highly recommend to anyone!!
