Matt, Shelby and the rest of the team really stepped up when my previous installer when out of business. They were willing to come in and get my system back up and running when others didnt want to. An excellent, professional, and personable company! We employed them to repair our swimming pools solar-heated rooftop-panels. They went above and beyond to complete the job with excellent workmanship. We will definitely call on them again to maintain our solar system.

Sumpter Solar took over monitoring my system after the company I purchased from went out of business. My first interaction was great. They came out immediately and replaced numerous bad pieces. My second interaction is shocking. I talked to a gentleman and told him my situation and stated himself that it was crucial to get my system back up and running since my furnace was not working due to absolutely no power to my system. The gentleman told me he would call me back with a date and time they could come out. He left me a message the next day saying the service manager was on another job and he would be getting back to me soon. After numerous phone calls and text messages I still have not heard back from them and it has been 10 days. Horrible way to run a business.

Bought a solar system from another company who went out of business, sumpter sent their team out and went through the whole system. Found the problems and fixed them on the spot. My system has never worked this good prior to sumpter solars arrival. Thank you for the first time ever I dont think solar was a total waste of money.

Like any where you do business with you have to wait for the right parts to come in before they can get out ans install them.
