While looking for life insurance for my child and health insurance for my family pet, I had called to a few insurance companies and by far the best interaction I had was with Tamara. She was attentive to answering all my questions, very personable when talking with, and even followed up after my first bill to make sure it processed properly and asked if anything else was needed. Not many other insurance places have done this for me, nor given me the satisfaction and pleasant courtesy. As a customer of many years, it is still refreshing to be treated like a real person with kindness and respect, and on top of that the staff and Sara in particular Are always super responsive, and make adjustments to my policies within a matter of hours of any request, if not minutes!! Sara is super efficient, and Im happy that she is there!!!

Sara is amazing! Everytime we talk I feel like I'm taking to a family member. She always makes you feel comfortable and never rushes you off the phone. She takes the time to answers all my questions and makes sure I understand everything. I wish more places have people like Sara that go above and beyond to help customers out. Sara is a great person and I'm lucky to have her and she knows the true meaning of customer service! Excellent job wonderful person thank you very much!

If you're looking for an agent that goes up and above to make sure you know everything about your insurance Sara @ State Farm Scott Orr is the person you need to talk to. Sara's expert knowledge is excellent and she makes you feel comfortable in making your decisions. I wish I could give Sara more stars but Google limits me at 5 stars.
