        Everyone at this Napa location is super helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I drive past 3 other parts stores just to come here.

        Im assuming it was the owner of this location, an older gentleman. But the service that I had received from my phone call and going into there was absolutely amazing. I needed a new battery for my car and I was told multiple times by multiple different place that they couldnt do it or they didnt have the right battery. Came into Napa and, he was kind enough to change my battery and was done within a few minutes. I did have to wait for a while but that was completely understandable with him being the only guy working today on a Sunday. but I truly appreciate the service I received from them today.
