        Talked to this guy on the phone a week ago and explained what was going on with my washer. He told me it would be no biggie. Today he comes out, DRUNK, and tells me I need a new motor. He totally changed his tune, must of needed more money for liquor.

        So my insurance contracted them to fix my oven and refrigerator they sent a repair man That was very unprofessional and unhelpful

        Charged me $280 and didn't fix my dryer properly, and he didn't put the hose back on. When I called him he said that I needed to get a fuse and install it in the back of dryer and install a timer. I am 73 years old and that is why I called him in the first place, to fix it. I would never use him again. My opinion is he needs to retire. Service: Washer/dryer repair
