I lived at The Parks of Belleville for 2 years and had a really nice time living there. It's a friendly community and I always felt safe, which is something that's very important to me. Terri, the community manager, is an absolutely wonderful person and made the whole experience even better by how much she cares about the people who live there. Maintenance was always speedy and kind. It's a pretty good location too, with a lot of stuff a short drive away. All in all, I'd absolutely recommend The Parks to anyone!

Randi, Terri, and the whole management team are fantastic. So kind and helpful and personable. Truly one of the good landlords. The space is also beautiful. Ive loved living with all the beautiful trees, green hills, and forest-y vibes.

Loved my experience living at the Parks of Belleville. Terri in particular has always been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I have had a concern or an issue. It is clear that she works hard to make sure that things are running smoothly and residents' concerns are addressed. All of the neighbors in my apartment building were friendly, and there was a strong sense of community amongst everyone. Cannot recommend the Parks enough!

Randi, Terry, Jeff, and any employee I have come across have been extremely helpful and easy to work with. The main reason I chose these apartments was when I was in the office inquiring I seen the office staff get a call about a plumbing issue in someones apartment and the maintenance staff was immediately notified and on there way to fix the issue in under ten minutes.
This being said to even hammer the point more after I have lived here for a few months the people in the office do not feel like they are people offering you a service of some sort but just seem like genuinely good people that just so happen to be working for the place where you live.
I do not regret my decision of coming here and for those who may be a bit overwhelmed with looking for the right place to stay at least put this location on your radar of possibilities.
