Very helpful just wish rent would come down all over getting very hard for an older person to afford to live.

Was thinking about renting an apartment here. But after the unpleasant experience with a boot on my car after VISITING a friend, without any explanation really unsettled me. I had visited for a few hours, registered my car. Came back within the time frame and had a boot on my car, upon calling was told the boot can only come off with payment, regardless that their system glitched and did not register my car after registering, and after over $160 of credit card payment two boys removed the boot on my car and informed us they had no permit to put a boot on a car or remove it. Was a very unpleasant experience would never rent, nonetheless visit anyone in this facility again.

One of the worst apartment complexes I have lived in! You can hear everything your neighbors are doing in their apartment and if something needs to be fixed you are waiting weeks for it to be fixed. All they care about is getting their money and finding the cheap fix even if that means it will break again in 6 months. They dont seem to care if the heat is off and the weather drops into into the 40s. There idea of fixing a water problem is giving you a bucket and making you dump the water every day.
