        DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE TO GET FIXED. BAY VALLEY IS AWFUL. Bay valley killed my dog, then tried to make me pay for the damages they cause themselves. During her fix they nicked r bowl and she passed due to bay valleys awful service. That was a year ago. Since then I've heard of 3 separate clients (who I've personally talked to) deal with the same thing. All of us lost our beloved pets due to BAY VALLEYS NEGLIGENCE. I pray everyday this place is shutdown. I HAVE NO CLUE WHY THE RATING IS SO HIGH. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PETS.( Appreciate the response but this happened to me and that's a fact im simply spreading my opinion.) Not to mention they tried to make us pay more after they messed up our dog. ( Your response to my review makes me even more disgusted. I will never stop telling my story about what you did to my beautiful dog and the fact that you did nick her bowel and caused her death has been proved. (MULTIPLE PEOPLE I HAVE TALKED TO HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE WITH THIS VET CLINIC)

      Please do not spread lies about our practice, our hospital is full of dedicated individuals who on a daily basis provide the highest level of care to our patients. We have never had a surgical incidence where a bowel was nicked, let alone three. It is offensive to our entire staff and what we stand for to publicly attack us and attempt to tarnish our reputation. We realize some of these reviews are fake and others are left due to miscommunication. Our practice is open to discuss any concerns from actual clients at anytime.
