They have tons of different flavors of nic salts and free liquid. Occasionally staff can get a bit "smart" when you try to tell them your experiences with products. I've tried telling them that I've filled my pods according to how many staff members have told me but 1-2 pods out of 4 are bad right out of the package in almost every package I get. They told me it was something I was doing because there's no way that happens and in their experience it's been the users that are doing it wrong. Other that not carrying zero nicotine juice they seem to keep my 35mg juice in stock unlike the other Bay City store. Staff don't seem to stay at either store for long. I went to the Euclid road one for months because of 2 of their staff members and how awesome and helpful they were in helping me get the best throat hit possible as I wean my nicotine down to zero to prep for a surgery. Now going into Euclid Rd means new faces almost every time and the only few regular faces I see at the Wilder Rd store are the ones telling me it was my error that caused bad pods and the one guy that refused to take my device back after 2 weeks with a receipt because he said there was no way it was only two weeks old. It was embarrassing and frustrating he pretty much called me a liar despite the fact that if he knew the device he would've now when he tried it that he wouldn't know the charge when it had no pod in it. And when I told him it wouldn't hold a charge because the charger wouldn't stay plugged in, he told me that that couldn't be why. Honestly, at first I rated them more stars but thinking about it, Euclid never has my nicotine strength despite asking for over 6 weeks. So i drive further even though Euclid store is only a mile away. Then Wilder staff basically said I was an incompetent idiot. They are the only place to get my juice in Bay City and driving to Midland to get juice costs too much. If I'm in Saginaw I'll go there because even with different staff, they're always nice.

Me and my dad went in and they scammed us with a whole box (not a carton) a whole cardboard box full of burnt and non-working vapes then refused to give us a refund. We didn't even leave the store, we opened them right there in his face. He smiled and said there was nothing he could do, knowing he could have. The other store worker was very nice and even said they were burnt himself and that what they were doing was wrong. They are still selling these vapes & they won't take them off the shelves so beware. Honestly it's a shame because I got all my vape stuff from here all through covid and before so it is a loss buy I will not be ripped off by your store. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
