        Customer service was excellent. So refreshing! My old unit was left at hotel. It took 2 weeks to get my doctor to write a Rx. It took ZPAP 2 hours and my new unit was in the hands of FedEx. Thank you, thank you.

        Accounting is a mess, make sure you track your own payments. Address was wrong in the syatem for months, invoices were never recieved, and supplies are poorly packaged during shipping.
