I met Eric about six years ago and he helped us find a house in Standish when we moved from Ohio. He was walking his dog and we was looking on orchard street he introduced himself to us and showed us some houses.When he found the one we wanted he also helped with some repairs that needed to be done to pass inspection to finance.He handeled all the paperwork for our closing and made purchase trouble free.After five years we decided to travel and he sold our house in a couple of weeks.Travel didn't work out so we contacted Eric again.
He found us a house in Standish in our budget range in the time frame we needed where we wanted. Over the years we have known Eric he has become a close friend and he is honest in all business transactions I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. Great friend and realtor.
