I can't explain how awful this company is in a short review, they absolutely refuse to take responsibility for anything. Besides for failing to meet requirements for safe and sanitary accomodations they do not care about their tenants, even after being harassed for months by a neighbor who moved a drug dealer and his entire family into their apartment for months. Still the people at Ayre Rhinehart would rather collect their commission on rent than evict 6 people selling drugs from and living in a one bedroom apartment. Months after moving out I have yet to receive the deposit back, nor the $300 cleaning deposit I paid to move into a dirty unit(completely uncleaned carpet, bathroom, food in the fridge and on the counter) or to even hear back from anyone at Ayre Rhinehart.
