We have been with Childrens Medical Group for about 14 years. I Love Dr VanGeldren and Donna. They answer any questions I may have and have been a great help with my son. I love how you can call and talk to a Nurse with any questions and how they will get you in the same day for a sick visit. Office and billing staff are always very friendly and helpful.

We've been with Dr. VanGelderen for almost 14 years. I prefer some providers over others, but I think you'll find that anywhere. I appreciate the Saturday hours, which we've unfortunately had to use numerous times. I do think Dr. V. has a dry sense of humor, and is usually pretty serious, but I appreciate both of those things as I have a similar personality. I have always felt comfortable asking questions and getting his opinion on health questions/potential issues. He and his staff have always been very knowledgeable and reassuring. That being said, if I ever had concerns that I didn't necessarily feel were addressed to my satisfaction, I sought out a specialist or asked for a referral to rule something out or find a different approach for treatment. In 14 years, that has happened 2x. Some of the office staff are naturally more friendly and personable than others, but they have never been rude. I really love all of the nurses there. Lori and Noah are always especially kind to us. They are compassionate and understanding especially when our kids were really sick and we were inexperienced parents who were scared and learning how to care for our littles with serious medical problems.
