I've been a customer for over 10 years and I came to this branch to make a withdrawal and the teller says oh your license is expired and updated it into the Computer then says sorry I can't help you! When I asked for my cards back he placed his fingers on them and held them down onto my cards as I tried to get them back. I asked very firmly give me my cards back please and then he finally let go. Very strange banking experience to say the least.

Worst banking experience of my life. This place is literally run by incompetent people. I have had to escalate a phone call to 4 different representatives to close down accounts, etc. Martha at this branch has been less than helpful. The whole process has been a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and go to a different bank!

This bank is a joke! Hope they do away with it soon. Go to a credit union, they value their customers and don't treat you as an inconvenience.

Found $400 literally sticking out of the ATM. Called to report it and the guy said "must be your lucky day". Which I thought was callous, someone probably needs their money. Then suddenly he calls me back and says I have to bring it in. I guarantee they pocketed the cash and made no attempt to find the owner.
