The woman at the front desk was not very friendly. The poor lady running breakfast was doing her best but struggling to do everything by herself. When I tried to checkout, there was a sign on the counter that said something along the lines of "please find me in the breakfast area for help". Again, same lady taking care of breakfast was also helping at the front desk. No body actually checked us out. The kitchen lady just told me to leave my "key" on the desk. The rooms were okay. Could probably use a little service. There we're some chips and nicks on the furniture and walls, and the drapes were hanging down on one side. The bathroom was pretty cramped. There was literally a quarter inch between the bathroom door and the toilet. You had to squeeze in next to the toilet to close the bathroom door. The elevator had some chunks missing from the wall panels. There is only one elevator and it was in need of service. Was pretty slow and made scraping sounds when going down. I guess what you'd expect for a budget type place. We didn't use it but the pool looked nice.

--- PET OWNERS --- DO NOT STAY HERE! How do I leave a zero star review? We planned to stay there for a couple weeks for work, but once getting to the hotel we were told that pets were not allowed. 13 hours in the car just to get to a hotel to be told we can't stay there. The web site says they are pet friendly, and we confirmed via phone that they were indeed pet friendly FOR A 50 DOLLAR FEE. When we got there, we were told that they were not (BY JOSH). We had to sleep in the vehicle in the Walmart parking lot. It got down to 29 that night. We did get an email the next day stating that the desk worker (JOSH) was wrong, but at that point, we already froze all night trying to sleep in a parking lot. There is no making that right.
