I am new to this company, however I see why they have gotten the 2 bad reviews they have! They are slow, and the incompetencies are outrageous! I am making a complaint with their parent company US MMA today, because this has to stop. No BBB rating, yet been in business for almost 30 years, that should be a red flag! It is now, thanks to the lack of effective communication and insinuations.

Beyond disappointed. Worked very hard to advocate for my elderly parents and was met with resistance, poor communication and sub par treatment. Have been hung up on by office staff, yelled at, told to "grow up". Add this to having to wait forever to get refills or even have information put into patient portal to review it so we did know what was going on was all very disappointing. As A healthcare professional I see where the sad gaps are in the system as evidenced by a service that should be able to do a better job of providing to a generation that deserves better. Great concept but not run well and would not be hard to fix.

NEVER comes at their ETA, 2 to 4pm. Still waiting at 5pm. Ridiculous and inconsiderate!
