Exquisite, a cut above typical flower arrangements. Brandon took my order over the phone, no rush, so easy to work with, and created arrangements more beautifull than I had imagined.

The owner was a great help. We stopped in looking for a new fountain topper. Though there wasn't one in the store, the owner put us in contact with one of his vendors who was able to assist us. Not perfect, but should blend in with time.

I forever thought this was just a regular florist. As a succulent enthusiast, I was blown away with the selection of succulents and other plants. Picked up a baby Monstera, a little koala decoration, and a plant mom pot! Will be back again. Loved the owners dog, so friendly and loved pets.

My go-to favorite place to order flowers from! Ive ordered several arrangements for gifts and every time theyre beautiful. Super easy to order online or in-store and always ready on the day and time requested. Brandon and his staff are always super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Most recently ordered an arrangement for Mothers Day and they still look amazing over a week later!

In June 2022 My Beautiful Mom died which broke My Heart into a million pieces. My Mom absolutely loved The color Lilac. I had called around Bay City trying to Purple Roses for Mom's Funeral. Regent Floral was the only place that had Purple Roses or was willing to get them for me. I had such a hard time fighting tears trying order them. The person I spoke with was so understanding,kind & patient with Me I was blown away how Beautiful the Purple Roses were. I took them home from My Mom's Funeral & they lasted days after the Funeral. We have ordered Two Purple & Two White Roses to take to My Mom & Dad's side by side Grave this Saturday. I know they will be Beautiful. I will be moving within the next year & I plan to get some plants for My new Apartment & I won't go anywhere else. I Highly recom this Florist Shop .
