        Mary over the phone sounded awesome but the fact that I am restricted now from any further appointments because I wasnt able to attend my very first one blows my mind. The companys policy to indefinitely prohibit people from attaining an appointment if they miss the first one is a little unfair. Maybe HR needs to look into this. [ My response to your reply Owner ] Yeah its unfortunate that emergencies do come up at work that would prevent someone from making their appointment, I guess that didnt meet your companys contingencies.

        Lets start with the fact that it's never easy to go into a dentist after neglecting my teeth for 5 years, it can be embarrassing and well, painful. The staff and Dentist at West Bay made my visit very easy and they were more than informative about a treatment plan that would get me back on course. They are all very kind and helpful. I write very few reviews, but feel this business deserves a solid 5 star and if I could give them more, I would. You will not be disappointed in this office, top notch staff and you feel like your family when you walk in the door!

      Its unfortunate you failed to show for your initial appointment with our office. Our policy is not definite as we do make exceptions and reappoint based on the reason for the failure to show, or cancel short notice. We have many patients waiting for needed care. Failures and short notice cancelations prevent them from getting an appointment on a timely basis. We regret you felt inconvenienced and wish you the best in your dental health journey.
