Fantastic couldnt recommend more. Im a disabled veteran so on a limited income and VA currently doesnt cover dental. Dr. Lombardo worked with me on the financial side and did great work. I had terrible tooth pain that ended up putting me in the hospital. He is the only dentist in Bay City who would work with me and fixed my tooth!

Great with communication and get a appointment here is easier and shorter wait list than most others in area in my opinion dentist and staff are great

Treated us absolutely horribly. Told a 16 year old kid about how he ruined his life & I have never heard someone so extremely rude and inconsiderate of a young child. Kids make mistakes as a dentist yes I understand you advise to do things the take care of your teeth better but some of the things said were completely awful. If I could give zero stars I would. I would NEVER recommend this place. ****In response to the reply, it 100% was this office. Right in the parking lot of Save-a-lot. I was not the patient they spoke to but i was there and listened to the things they were saying.
