The dentist broke a good and healthy tooth. The front one. They were supposed to remove that payment. But all they did was give me extra toothpaste. They also gave me a crown that has a huge gap and food gets stuck in it. I paid over $3500 with a third party, Care Credit. Now they're telling me I still have a financial balance. I just don't trust them and now the franchise either. My cleaning came out okay. I would find other places for other dental work.

They seem very knowledgeable. I wish they had some form other way to make monthly payments on the dental work. Everything is so expensive.

There dentures are cheaply made, and they try to charge delta dental medicade patients for repairs when, the are suppose to be free. I have had dentures from other offices that have lasted me 10 plus years( I still have for back up pair). So no I would not recommend them. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Living in a rural area (north of bay city) it is hard to find any healthcare service that is accepting new patients and I've been trying to get into a dentist for several months now. I heard about their free X-rays and exam as well as payment plan if they don't accept your insurance and figured I'd give them a try. Went in for the X-rays and exam- they informed me that I had four cavities, needed 1 root canal and had severe bone loss in my top and bottom molars which would require serious dental planing intervention. Came up with a treatment plan that would cost me over $8,000. I figured this was probably realistic work that needed to be done since I haven't had access to regular dental care in over a decade, but as they didn't accept my insurance I figured I'd try a few more dentists that do and hopefully find one accepting new patients. Had an appointment today with a different dentist.....I have NO cavities, NO bone loss in my molars, and the X-rays (which I watched appear on the screen one by one as they took them today) looked entirely different than the x-rays aspen showed me.... so.... whose X-rays did they show me to try to convince me to start a 8k treatment plan with them? because they definitely were not mine after seeing real X-rays of my teeth today. I feel so sorry for all the people who've been scammed into getting unnecessary work done by them.
