Alderwood Estates

Parking is horrible, apartments across the street think that can park anywhere. There are two visitor spots on our side. We us one like we supposed to. Then the people across the street use our spots up . there are like 9 visitor spots on there side a little was down. We called and said something and that never got back with us. Would look at other apartments. The vinyl siding needs powered washed dirty. It snowed like five days ago. Thay have not yet cleaned the parking spots in front of the apartment. Thay have ice in them now.

I've lived at Alderwood for 7 1/2 years and the time here has been absolutely great. The grounds are kept nice, the maintenance comes almost always within the same day, and the office staff are very kind and professional. As with anywhere that you will live, costs go up, and of course rent does too. If you compare the amenities to the costs, you can't really find a decent 2-3 bedroom place to rent that has central air, in unit washer dryer hook ups, water, sewer and trash included, not to mention a beautiful crystal clear swimming pool and a great clubhouse that residents can use for parties and get-togethers. I really appreciate living here at Alderwood Estates, and it's really close to all my shopping needs.

I started the application process at Alderwood Estates at July 27th. I mainly spoke with their employee named Denise. They had an open unit that we were applying for and the paperwork they had to process should have taken approx one business day to complete, a week at max. They dragged out the application process so long that I am just now hearing back from them (October 12th), almost took three months? When they contacted my roommate, it wasn’t even to deny or accept us, but to resubmit paperwork that I already submitted. Not to mention, they *refused* to talk to me directly. I called them at least 10 times throughout the application process and didn’t get through to anyone once, and left at least 5 voicemails and they didn’t return them once. The apartment would only communicate with my roommate that I was applying with. Considering I was applying to be on the lease, this is unacceptable. This place is absolutely trashy and unprofessional. The staff is rude and incompetent to do their job. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
