Chuck and Brandon replaced our water heater today, with same day turnaround. They beat two other bids (and a third contractor never returned my call). They went above and beyond by replacing an additional pipe and adding a water basin with PVC drain to the sump pump. Highly recommended -- thank you!!!

Chuck is the best . We had some other companies out here first big mistake . Chuck really knows the trade and cares about people. super fast service incredibly knowledgeable and treats people well .

The tech that came was not only highly skilled at heating repair. He was very friendly and the job didn't take long to do. The rate was also very affordable. Would highly recommend.

I couldnt be happier with the service we have received. While I was out of town a couple years ago our furnace quit , I was new to the area and found Chuck in Google maps and he was close by . An hour later my wife calls and says Chuck was there and the furnace is working and didnt charge us anything? I cant remember what it was but it was something simple that If I was home could have done myself but he checked a couple other things while he was there also as a courtesy. When I bought the house it had a new furnace and AC ,we believe he installed it and since no repair was actually needed he just did it as a favor . Recently my AC stopped running , he was very busy so he sent a employee over next day and he found an earwig got into my relay switch and fried it . So he replaced it and it worked great again for a very reasonable price . Last night , about 5 days later it stopped again ! I called Chuck around 6:30 pm which is after his working hours and told him the AC stopped again and to my surprise he said he would be there in an hour ! I was curious so I watched him take the cover off the ac and sure enough another earwig fried in the relay switch. . So he went to his truck and came back with another relay that was different from the last two and said this one is sealed so they cant get inside of it . We fire it up and everything worked , when I asked him how much he said nothing and said the other employee must not have had one left in his truck to install because this is happening so much this year its hard to keep them in stock . I would have had no problem paying him for his parts and call , especially since it was around 8 pm when he finished. I will be bummed in a couple years when we move up north knowing I probably wont get as fair and honest company as Chucks to be able to rely on . He is clearly a businessman who appreciates his customers and we definitely appreciate having him as our service guy .
