        Absolutely won't be doing business with this particular JH. My experience within the first 5 minutes felt like an interrogation more than doing taxes. The gentleman with a heavy European accent( I think) was anything but helpful. I was scheduled at 630 pm and was told that my taxes would take too long and couldn't do them(why did you schedule me for 6:30 if you can't complete let alone he refused to even start them (again wasting people's time driving in the snow to make it to the late appointment they scheduled me for) if you are not only going to turn them away but he was doing everything in his power trying to make it seem as if I was going to falsify information before we even started!!!! I told him I'll be doing business elsewhere (he gasped as if he was confused why I was leaving.) HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

        I asked which payment method was quicker n the lady told me how she did direct deposit n she got hers n an hour but it can take up to 24 hours. No thats false now Im waiting 1-4 days when I could of just gotten a prepaid debit card
