        Ordered bogo pizzas on the app on 4/3/2024. Go through the drive through and get one regular pizza and another pizza on flatbread. Go back through and ask why one is on flat bread, the lady said because they are out of regular crust. I ask why that wasnt stated when we got to the window and she replies I just hand out the food. This should not happen. If she only hands out food someone should relay to her that they are out and confirm the customer is okay with a substitute. Instead of acknowledging and understanding the issue she got defensive and deflected the issue to some else. Be better.
