        I placed an online order, they were out of one of the items I wanted so I asked for the amount of that item to be refunded. I haven't gotten the refund, it's been a week. Just called and they said it could take 2 weeks! Update: I've done the suggested below twice and still no response. Update: Chili's HQ took care of this and made it right.
