        I don't understand all the bad reviews! I had no problems here! You're here for help, not a vacation, most of these facilities don't care (I'm a CNA, I've seen a bit.) I've been voluntarily admitted a few times in the past couple of years and I do have to say this facility has been by far the most instrumental to my healing and success. I've had a hard life, but it's far from over yet! Kinda glad I survived, Thank you.

        We had a terrible experience here with our son. They wouldn't give him his prescribed medicine because they said "it was the weekend and we don't have it". We couldn't get a hold of anyone to actually speak to about our son's care. Every time we tried to call, an employee made some silly mistake by cutting off the call or accidentally transferring us. It was unprofessional from A to Z. They were very easy to reach and communicate with if it involved our payments, but talking to anyone about our son's care was impossible. The only person I spoke to that was competent and caring was the day he was discharged (the discharge nurse). I would never allow someone I cared about to go to this place.

        Scariest place in the world. Brand new Psychiatric hospital. Staff seemed to care. Gave me some hope leaving. Hard to make follow up appointments.
