The front desk service SUCK there is never anyone there to check you in my daughter still cant check in on the computer I spent over 25 mins just waiting for someone to check In one of the staff members came in while I was at the door grab a bottle a water and went right to the back and no one still came up to check us in. Another pt literally had to walk to the back just to grab someone to check in. And it was still a wait. Our apt was at 2:10 it is 2:45 and I am still at the front desk waiting to check in. There is no privacy which so ever which is odd

Love this Office! The staff are Amazing! Doctor is friendly and kind! Always takes his time. The girls are literally so sweet! I Recommend them to Everyone! I always go back with my daughter. I have fun catching up with everyone while she gets it all done. Teeth can be so painful! But here they are so patient and caring. They Always make sure she is okay! With every step they explain and help her feel secure and safe. I am So Happy we found them!! We always leave smiling and excited to come back!! Thank you All for Everything you do!!

Very unhappy with our services and wasted a lot of money at a time when no one has extra money. Our 12 year old had constant mouth sores and broken metal in her mouth for 4 months. Every time we went back they said its normal. All our friends who have had braces said there was nothing normal about it. Her molars didnt touch and she had to nibble food like a chipmunk for months. It really felt like cruel and unusual punishment. Staff wasnt professional. Saw them on their phones a lot while I was in there. We finally pulled the plug early and made an apt to have it all removed. I got a babysitter for my other three kids and made the 40 min drive to the office to be told the dr overbooked the day and we would have to make a new apt for a week later!! She was so upset. She was excited to finally get it out of her mouth and then had to wait another week. Unfortunately I couldnt hire another babysitter so I had to bring the baby and other kids for her hour long apt the following week. We may revisit braces in a few years, with a different practice, but shes traumatized right now so all the progress that had been made is now gone. So frustrating on many levels
