We were told we could not wait in waiting room because we were a half hour early We are 69 and 78 yrs old. Massage was given mostly on top of the blanket not on skin. No oils or lotions used. No music. Paid $120 for 50 minute massage and only received a half hour massage. Will never go back as feel was ripped off!

Was told therapist was running 10-15 min late, no big deal, but my appointment started a half hour late. The session began well but after about 10 minutes I noticed he was only using 1 hand to massage my shoulder and neck and continuously rubbed the bony part of my shoulder only, to the point it felt the skin was being rubbed raw(it wasn't but felt like it), I said something and he moved on. He literally spent the majority of my massage rubbing the same areas over and over but not working anything out. I was face down for all but the last 3 min so I obviously can't be positive, but I would bet money he was on his phone with 1 hand and massaging with the other. I've had massages in the past so I know what to expect and this was subpar at best. My neck and shoulders were more stiff after the massage smh. Gave 2 stars because everyone has their off days but I felt it was a waste

Used to go to the one on Stadium Drive in Kalamazoo. They closed and never told my mom about it so when she went to one of her appointments, it was in Battle Creek and she lost out on money for her massage. My mom and I went to a few more appointments out in the Battle Creek location. Friendly enough. But they would call and cancel appointments on us to reschedule, which is hard due to our schedules when they had openings and we already were working that day. Did this a few times. And we made appointments for the following month after our appointment that day only to get cancelled a few days beforehand. Most recent cancellation, my mom decided to cancel her membership and ask for a refund of her money. As soon as she said it, she got rude responses back. All she wanted was her money returned for the month they pulled out of because they cancelled on her. After hanging up, they called back a short bit later trying to reschedule her appointment but my mom refused and just asked for her money back. They did not like that. After the call was ended, it seemed it was the last we'd hear of it. The following day, they called back and left a voicemail informing that due to their cancellation policies, the cancellation will not take effect for thirty days, which meant my mom would be paying another month of the membership regardless. My mom was not happy to hear this. She always wanted a paper copy of their policies and such, but they would refuse to give her any saying it was right there with her profile and information she had with them, which was on their little tablet. My mom went to our credit union to make a stop payment and let them hear the voicemail. Even they agreed that was not professional and that it was bad business.

Needed a gift card for a friend. I wish that I remembered the young ladies name. Confirmed the amount and made the purchase quick, easy with no problems
