        The individuals have very little knowledge of insurance contracts. They will leave you hanging to fight with the actual insurance company that writes the policy. I would not use this company for any insurance commercial or personal. They are very inexperienced.

        I'm so happy that I stopped here! Turns out the policy I purchased online was not the coverage I expected! It was much less than I needed. The staff at Vandeventer was very helpful and knowledgeable. I won't be buying insurance online again!

Just refinanced and they received a double payment and Melissa called me right away to let me know. Wouldnt have known anything about this, she called and took care of everything and I will be getting a refund back. Thanks Melissa!
