Very nice hotel and great service. The one that stood out the most was Angela shes on the housekeeping team. She was very respectful and did a very good job at cleaning the room. I would give her 100% at customer service.

I arrived following day that I was reserved to check in so reservation cancelled that is policy . The young black man at front desk asked what do u want to do? I said I'd like a room if available ,then asked if they offered senior citizen discount or military veteran discount he stated no we do not .I gave him my veteran id and drivers license and debit card to pay for a room he then stated rooms available were over $200! I retrieved a coke bottle from courtesy cooler across from front desk took a few drinks then clerk said I'm not checking you in and you did not pay for coke you stole it! I said what time racial game are you playing ! You know Jesus ? That really angered him ! I said you not Attack my character integrity saying I'm a thief ! He say you leave ! I say no ! Then I call police he retracted his false insulting accusation he knew was a attempt to provoke me . I've seen the game he play with people of Caucasian race played by others sadly . No professionalism , just a out of control insult to Hampton inn and the customers he apparently doesn't want there because of their race . He needs Jesus directive to be kindhearted to others love others . He thinks himself quite the manipulator of whomever his managers are and of customers and the police .thinking himself wise only to receive himself . My attorney will take this to task I was mistreated insulted and he tried to provoke me thankfully I'm 62 years of age with life experience . Yes it is personal and I hope to stop it in its tracks back taking this to task and addressing it so no one else suffers him and the hotels disregard for his mistreatment of a customer . Disgusting he was his sad attempt to try and cause a confrontation . To top it off he stated to police he was barring me from Hampton inn for 1 year no trespass order! Hampton inn and parent company will never see a cent of my money on my lifetime id sleep in a vehicle first principle of the matter . He is a inexpensive cheap labor cost employee who has no business dealing with hard working people who just want their room after a hard day of work Paul Brett flaherty thank God I encounter only a few like him in my life

This hotel definitely needs help! It is very outdated, it smells terrible, lights dont work, common areas are freezing. You can hear the room next to you. The shower flooded the bathroom and entryway. We couldnt get to the pool without the front desk which was very inconvenient. Id never stay again. I wish I couldve got a refund and went somewhere else!!
