What's the delivery Personnel showed up on time, and we're very professional. The stuff I purchased what's large in comparison to my entryway but they were able to get it into my living room with ease. Very impressed by their professionalism and their willingness to modify to make the job work.

We had a great experience with Jackie Stamos Grey, Anna and Skip! The communication amount those three was stellar! They listened, listened some more and then gave solid solutions. A good salesmen can make a sale, a great salesman makes a career for themselves, simply by listening. They used both parts of their brains, the engineering side to layout the the room and the fun side of the brain during the design. It made sense, and well done Jackie and her team!

Wanted yo buy 3 barstools. They had one at the store and told me they could get two more in April. What? Its Jan now. So I bought the display for $40. ORDERED a pair off Amazon for $65 and free shipping. Got them in 2 days. Only reason I bought the one at art van is because Amazon only offered them in sets! So two-three months to get me two more barstools, what a joke. You wont be in business much longer. Guess you should have pulled some from another store, bought them off Amazon, something, anything, but tell a customer April and loose a sale.

After trying 5 different mattresses we chose the one we preferred. Although the mattress we did receive is the one we chose, it does not feel anything like the display. We also purchased the total satisfaction guarantee and when we went in to exchange the mattress with a softer one we were told we have to continue to sleep on the new Mattress for a minimum of 30 days. Needless to say we have to be uncomfortable in our own bed for the next 25 nights. After paying $6200 we feel like we “should†be able to sleep exceptionally well. Our suggestion.... display mattresses need to be rotated. If we would have gotten the correct representation of the mattress we wouldn’t have chose that particular mattress. On a different note, the delivery guys were very friendly but did not finish the job. I had to install the corner brackets on the adjustable bases myself. The headboard came with outlets but the cords for them were still rolled in plastic and taped under the headboard, so I had to take the bed apart and finish what they started. If they would have cleaned up the boxes they would have saw the brackets for the adjustable bases.

I am so disappointed in my experience with art van. It was my first time going through them and 2 weeks later we still dont have our stuff they said they would rework with us on a price and I honestly feel like we were tricked into spending more money. By the time all this was done I finnaly just asked for my money back and I had to wait for that to. They had some of the worst customer service I have seen ! 1000000% unsatisfied
