        The fact that you have to submit a form that takes 10 days to setup auto pay is terrible. BUT... not as bad as the fact that you can't make additional payments or bigger payments without filling out the same form online. If you don't bank with them outside of a loan, I'd stay clear, the hassle isn't worth it. Especially if you plan on making larger than required payments or paying off early. Oh btw, once the loan is done, you have to remember to fill out a form to cancel the auto pay to avoid it continually pulling money, even when the loan is cleared. Cheers to living in the early 2000's again!

        Went to their ATM to put $ into my account, the ATM kicked back my $ and froze with my debit card inside so I went inside and told them. I was told that they would get ahold of their ATM people and call me back, fast forward 5 1/2 hours later I called them and Deb told me that the company that services their ATM (Island ATM I believe) wouldnt be in until next week and didnt even give me a Im sorry or any type of Sorry for your inconvenience.

        I really love the Kellogg credit union, been a member for 30+ years. I miss the Saturday hours being until 3pm ... wish one branch in BC could do that. Thanks

        If you have an account with Kelllogg's Credit Union then in BC you have a few physical locations to choose from. They're all about the same, but this one is usually the quickest one to get in and out of, to me giving it an edge. The other locations are fine too, they just occasionally are more busy.
