I started coming back to the salon at Ulta here in Battle Creek again recently and made my first appointment with Sarah. I had a hot mess on my head from bleach damage and attempts to cut my own hair. Sarah fixed it into a manageable style given the parameters to work with and I loved it the first time. She has since done my hair and my husband's hair. Sarah, does such a wonderful job every time. Would recommend her services.

Ive been going to Ulta to get my highlights done for a year and a half now. I love the hospitality given to me from Amanda and Macey in the salon!! Keeping me fresh all the time

This was my fourth time getting my hair done. I expected it to cost the same as the last time but I received an extra $25 charge for something to do with grey hair. Did not okay this service but I was in a hurry to get out the door. I called the next day and was told because it was a service it would take a while to get a credit. I had to work awful hard to get the money coming back, three phone calls, wasn't going to go back in so I took an over the phone gift card. From now on I'll discuss price before any hair services are performed, but certainly not at this place. The front end of the store wasn't connecting to the salon. Clueless.
