        They came out to unclog my drain. Ended up breaking their tool 60 feet in. Employee said if the drain was still plugged that they would come back out. I called a few days later and they said I should have been charged for the tool and refused to come back out and run the drain again. BUDGET DRAIN, came out and ran the line. Pulled a bunch of roots out, used an inspection camera to look at the line and everything has worked great now for many months. I stopped payment on the card. They just called threatening to send me to collections if I dont pay. I dont think they are an honest company to charge me for a service that was never provided. The worker was very professional. Office staff was not. Service: Drain cleaning
