If I could give it zero stars. I would. They always bump up rent and the old manager was super nice and understanding about everything but now the new manager is just a piece of work. Miss the old manager but heard he quit because he actually wanted to change the park and make it better and yes communities didn't want it that. I'd avoid living here at all cost.

I love my corner of the world! Would not want to change it for anything! However, property managers change every year, lease aren't renewed and then it is on the person that lives there to pay month to month. Also double standard for people who live here. Some are to do whatever they want, and others are told to do different. Rent keeps going up " to improve the park" but NOTHING is improved. If you actually work, you not only have to pay the increase, but then you have to pay postage as well, because the drop box has been made unavailable. I have rarely seen a business so poorly run. How hard is it to check a drop box for checks or information ? They offered mowing for free, but then the mowers who weren't allowed to touch personal property, sprayed my yard with Round up. With out my consent or knowledge. I have animals and a grand child that this could have affected. I am 50 years old and do a better job than the professional mowers they hired to do my yard for free! Seriously, I love my corner of the world. But why make it sooo difficult to live here? If you are gonna keep increasing my cost, at least have a drop box available. And also let people know when things change!
