        GOD BLESS JOHN (I think) I had special ordered an item for my grand baby and somehow was off by one number on the address making it unable to be delivered. When I called and talked to John he was able.to find my package correct the address and have it sent out the next day. Did I mention I am in Desmoines, IA and she is in Bangor,MI. Thank you for going above and beyond.

        This is the second time I have had outgoing mail to be picked up and it wasn't. It's very important documents for my attorney, again. How many more times is this going to happen before you instruct the carriers to check all boxes whether there is mail for the address or not?

        So much better than the other local spots. Clean inside, only met two women so far in my 3 months of having a PO Box, but both are friendly and knowledgeable. Id love for them to have more hours where I can access my box, but I get that the place is old and nice and theyre keeping it safe by only having the lobby open when staff is inside.
