        I received a prompt contact from Scott shortly after I requested a service call. He was friendly, informative, and let me know right up front what I was looking at. He ordered a part for my washing machine and within a day after receiving it, was at my house ready to make the repair. His follow up was exceptional. I highly recommend his service.         I knew when I spoke on the phone with Scott, I was going to meet a professional and caring person. He also sent a photo so I knew who to expect at my door! That is special! He worked diligently to repair what he could and spent time looking for parts even after leaving my home. I would definitely call him for future repairs inside and outside my home!

Extra Wrench had superb communication, was extremely reliable, and cared about saving me money and ensuring parts were available prior (if needed). Took the time needed to find out the problem, fix it, and offer suggestions on maintaining the item in the future. Was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, patient, and educated me on my appliance.
