Red Moose Lodge

When we are in Baldwin the Red Moose Lodge is the only place we will stay at! We always know the rooms will be immaculate - seriously cleaner than our house. The property and rooms are well maintained. The owners are very accommodating and easy to communicate with and on-site if you need anything. We love that the rooms have a mini fridge and microwave - it is so helpful for us since we pack our own food when we travel. The wifi works well for my remote office needs. We love the convenience of the location - couldnt get any better - the Pere Marquette river is in your backyard there. Theres even a community room with books, board games and a complimentary breakfast and hot coffee. We highly recommend booking your Baldwin stay at the Red Moose ! Rooms: We have stayed in several of the units there. Each one is extremely clean. The beds are very comfortable and we sleep well there. The tv offers many channels and the wifi works well. Each room has a mini fridge and microwave and a mini coffee maker with coffee and cups. The bathroom towels are pristine. The bathroom is spacious. The showers are sparkling clean and we love the shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash in the showers. Oh and the moose decor is adorable and looks like some custom wood work pieces in each room. You can tell the owners go above and beyond to add little details to make every guests stay perfect.

The rooms at this motel are extremely good, very clean, and always something new every time I stay.

Came to Baldwin to ride the trails. Owners were very helpful with trail and parking information. The motel is small but that is part of the up north charm. You can tell they work hard at keeping things updated and clean. It was very hot and humid while we were there and it was great to have an air conditioned room. We will differently come back.
