Had a great experience with Blue Compass. They took care of everything, and made the whole process a breeze. I unfortunately ran into some anomaly issues right after leaving the lot, but they didn't hesitate to have me come back and fix the issue for free the next day. That's what was important, and I feel much better knowing if anything happens, this place will take care of you. Sales rep was Shawn, highly recommend him. Thanks Blue Compass!

Everybody was so nice, especially Shaw. The guy who helped us out. He was very sweet and very professional. He made it fun for us to walk through the campers. Everybody was warm and welcoming. Great experience Kevin was awesome too very helpful as well.

From the moment I found the Coach that we were interested in and reached out to Dan Stone the general manager on facebook, Dan was so Professional informative honest and helpful. Our coach was in another State North Carolina. He walked us through the process to get it over to their dealership after sending us a ton of pictures and explaining all the details of everything that was done in preparation once taking the coach in.. It was an Entegra 2019. And when we got to the dealership it was everything and more that we expected. My wife didn't want a couch she wanted 2 recliners. Dan made that happen. We shopped at another dealership where they had the same exact coach and they were not willing to do that. There were some issues with the coach and since we live on the other side of the state, Dan told us to go ahead and have it taken care of and he would reimburse us he followed through on that. We eventually did take it back to his dealership for some other things that needed to be taken care of and all of their service technicians did a very professional job. And were very friendly! This makes our fifth class A Motor coach and by far the best experience ever! I Highly recommend Dan and his team! Johnny Bonardelli

Shout out to Parker (Blue Compass RV - Auburn Hills) for the EXCEPTIONAL customer service we received from him at the Novi, MI trailer show! He took the time to really listen to what we were looking for and answered all of our MANY questions. He went above and beyond to help us locate a trailer that checked off all of the boxes on our must have list. He is extremely knowledgeable which helped to make the process of purchasing a new trailer go smoothly. Thank You Parker!
