Jacob was the man! He answered all our questions in a timely manner and was thorough when explaining what we needed to do and how we needed to do things. He would send us videos explaining and breaking down certain documents so we wouldnt be confused. He made sure we stayed on track by reminding us what we needed to turn in or pay for and kept on the same page as our realtor. Id recommend them.

So grateful for the Splendor team. Jacob was such a pleasure to work with. He was always ready to answer any questions I have and provided any knowledge where it was needed.
