        Told the manager the food was not good, piss-poor turkey bacon ranch sandwich, old, hard, and cold curly fries, and pop with no fizz in it, just flat, and she was very rude and disrespectful and while arguing with me, refused a replacement meal, telling me my food was good? What about customer service? That is not how to treat good customers. This experience was unreal and I'm still in disbelief that this happened. This is exactly how to lose customers

        I went to Arby's around 2 months ago. Well, I wanted the roast beef sandwich with no cheese. The manager in charge assured me there was no cheese on them. Of course, I went home, and both sandwiches had cheese them. The manager told me when I came back that I would get two free. I went back Sunday and asked about my my sandwiches and was treated like I was a criminal and stated my name wasn't on the board. So basically beat it. So sad!!!
