This place is great, give them a try. I love how they can put together a great bouquet for as little as $20 and the quality is far greater than the grocery store. Ive been here multiple times and I will be back.

Received a bouquet of flowers on Valentines Day delivered to my work. My boyfriend had chosen the valentines pick which said florist choice of fresh flowers. What I got was an old looking bouquet of yellow roses that literally was falling apart after I opened them. Who sends out yellow roses on Valentines Day and on top of that they werent even fresh? Very disappointing.

For over 18 years, I've made it a tradition to give flowers to my wife on Valentine's Day, a gesture that has never been missed. Relying on this assurance, I chose not to seek an alternative, a decision I later regretted as the flowers never arrived. While I understand that mistakes can happen, especially on such a busy day, the lack of communication and apology from the business was disappointing. I did request a refund the following day, which is being processed. My intention in sharing this review is not to discredit the business but to express my hope for better customer service and reliability in the future. Supporting local businesses is important to me, but trust and accountability are equally crucial. I believe feedback like this can be a valuable opportunity for improvement and hope my experience can lead to positive changes. Update: Since posting my initial review, there has been a noteworthy development. The business has not only processed my refund but also went the extra mile by sending a flower arrangement. This gesture is appreciated and demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction and making amends. It's gestures like these that build trust and show a business's willingness to address and rectify issues. I'm grateful for their response to my situation and wanted to share this update to give a full perspective on how the matter was resolved.
