I have a 2019 Stelvio. My warrenty ended in December. Last year I was driving with. 1/4 tank of gas and it shutdown in traffic. I was told to the service department that I just need gas. I know my car and that was not the problem. It turned out to be a faulty fuel pump. It was fixed since it was on warrenty. Now that Im 4 months past my warrenty with 54000 miles, my Stelvio went into limp mode again after picking up from a body shop after someone rear ended me. I was told that the codes say Oil pump. Im very upset because this shouldnt happen at 54000 miles. I know I have to pay for a faulty part because my warrenty has expired. Alfa Romeo is not standing by their faulty parts. The throttle body lights flash and the cars shuts down. Im frustrated. I used to love my car but its more of a headache. This is costing me a fortune for a young car.

I love Alfa Romeo. My favorite car brand! I have enjoyed both of my alfa romeo. Never had anything trouble with them. I enjoy my Quadrifoglio. Just can't beat the feel of the handling. Drive alfa romeo you won't regret it.

Bought a 2020 Alfa Romeo Stelvio. Had it 2 weeks before the safety and entertainment system died. It has been in getting fixed for a month with no communication unless we call and call. Then, they placed the wrong part TWICE! It is now September and STILL NO CAR! Alfa Romeo Plano, Tx service department is a joke! Do not buy an Alfa Romeo!

Our Stelvio has been a nightmare. Electrical issues. Service department , workers , managers are the most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure dealing with! Workers cursing out my son , threatening him while Im on the phone demanding to speak to a manger & Im verbally abused as well. I will be filing complaints and again try to get this piece of garbage car fixed. They wont let me out of it or help in anyway. Loaners are never available and this specific dealership has changed management more than I can count in the past 2 years.
